2. Purpose

This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice”) regulates access, browsing and use of the website located at the URL https://ikik.ai/ (hereinafter, the “Website“) and through which we inform you about your rights and obligations regarding the content displayed on it, the logos and trademarks used, as well as the responsibilities that may arise from its use.

Accessing, browsing or using the Website implies express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of this Legal Notice, which has the same validity and effectiveness as any contract formalized in writing and signed. Notwithstanding the foregoing, SPRIM reserves the right to modify the presentation, configuration and content of the Website, as well as this Legal Notice, so we recommend that you review it regularly.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

In accordance with the provisions of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter, “GDPR“) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD“), all personal data provided during the use of the Website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which you must read and, where appropriate, accept and/or consent to.

8. Safeguard clause

All clauses or points of this Legal Notice must be interpreted independently, and the rest of the clauses shall not be affected if one of them has been declared null and void by a final court ruling or arbitration decision. The affected clause or clauses shall be replaced by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by this Legal Notice.

9. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.

Current regulations shall determine the laws that shall govern and the jurisdiction that shall hear the relations between SPRIM and users. However, provided that such regulations provide for the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, for any litigious matter arising from or related to this Website, the Spanish legislation in force at the time of the dispute shall apply. Likewise, SPRIM and users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
