  3. To comply with SPRIM legal obligations: the data will be processed for the purpose of complying with the corresponding legal obligations that are binding on SPRIM, such as manage the data rights request.
    The lawful basis for this processing is complying with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
  4. Data provided through the use of the Website: the data provided through the use of the Website will be processed for the purpose of carrying out the maintenance, support and updating of the Website, as well as for the resolution of possible technical or any other type of incidents that may arise in relation to the same and to draft anonymous statistical reports on access habits and the activity carried out by the users on the Website.
    The lawful basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of SPRIM in maintaining the proper functioning of the Website. 5. What user data will sprim process?

In order to carry out the purposes described above, SPRIM will request your identification, contact and other professional data, which will be registered and associated with a username and password, as well as your browsing information and any other data that the User may provide to SPRIM.

6. With which recipients will the user's data be shared?

The User’s data may be communicated to:

  • Public Administrations with competence in the matter.
  • Courts and Tribunals, in case of specific requests made in accordance with the applicable regulations.
  • State Security Forces, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Additionally, the data may be accessed by SPRIM’s suppliers, such access being necessary for the proper fulfilment of legal obligations and/or the purposes indicated above. Such suppliers will not process your data for their own purposes that have not been previously informed by SPRIM. SPRIM will contract the provision of services by third parties that carry out their activity, by way of example but not limited to, in the following areas: cloud or computer hosting, sending commercial communications.

In this regard, SPRIM follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations and undertakes to enter into a processing assignment agreement, as required by law, whereby it will impose on them, among others, the following obligations: to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data; to process personal data for the agreed purposes and in accordance only with the documented instructions of the data controller; and to delete and return the data to the data controller upon completion of the services.

The User is informed that his/her data will not be subject to international transfers to third countries or international organizations.

7. SPRIM’S profile in social networks

SPRIM is present in several social networks. When interacting with any of its pages on social networks, the processing of data will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations belonging to the corresponding social network and previously accepted by the User.

SPRIM will process your data in order to properly manage its presence in the social network, informing you of activities, products or services, as well as for any other purpose that the regulations of social networks allow.

Please note that SPRIM has no influence over what information the social network collects or how it processes it.

8. Retention period

SPRIM will store the User’s personal data only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consent granted is not withdrawn. Subsequently, if necessary, SPRIM will keep the information blocked until the legal liabilities that may have arisen as a result of the processing of users’ personal data have expired, at which time the data will be irreversibly erased.

  1. To create and account and log in into it: the data will be stored as long as the account remains active and will be blocked when the User deletes its account and for the period of limitation of the legal actions derived from managing and creating such account.
  2. To book a demo: the data will be stored as long as the relationship between the User and SPRIM is on-going and the User tries the demo, and will be blocked for the period of limitation of the legal actions derived from trying the demo
  3. To comply with SPRIM legal obligations: the data will be stored for the limitation period of the legal actions that may arise from each legal obligation.
  4. Data provided through the use of the Website: the data will be stored for a period of one year. SPRIM may keep the information in an aggregate form, without identifying users, for a longer period.

9. User's responsability

The User:

  • You guarantee that you are over fourteen (14) years of age and that the information you provide to SPRIM is true, accurate, complete and up to date. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.
  • You warrant that you have informed the third parties from whom you provide your data, if you do so, of the matters contained in this document. You also warrant that you have obtained their authorization to provide their data to SPRIM for the purposes indicated.
  • You shall be liable for any false or inaccurate information you provide through the form of the Website and for any damages, direct or indirect, that this may cause to SPRIM or to third parties.

a) Right of access:

You have the right to be informed SPRIM whether or not it is processing your personal data and, if so, to have access to such data and to receive information on the purposes for which they are processed, the categories of data affected by the processing, the recipients to whom your personal data were disclosed and the expected period of retention of the data, among other information.

b) Right of rectification and erasure:

You will have the right to request the erasure of personal data provided that the legal requirements are met, and the rectification of inaccurate data concerning you when, among other reasons, they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

Likewise, you may file a complaint regarding the protection of your personal data before the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 – Madrid, when the interested party considers that SPRIM has violated the rights recognized by the applicable data protection regulations.

SPRIM will process the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will keep the mandatory duty of secrecy with respect to the same, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
