5. What user data will sprim process?
In order to carry out the purposes described above, SPRIM will request your identification, contact and other professional data, which will be registered and associated with a username and password, as well as your browsing information and any other data that the User may provide to SPRIM.
6. With which recipients will the user's data be shared?
The User’s data may be communicated to:
- Public Administrations with competence in the matter.
- Courts and Tribunals, in case of specific requests made in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- State Security Forces, in case of specific requirements made in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Additionally, the data may be accessed by SPRIM’s suppliers, such access being necessary for the proper fulfilment of legal obligations and/or the purposes indicated above. Such suppliers will not process your data for their own purposes that have not been previously informed by SPRIM. SPRIM will contract the provision of services by third parties that carry out their activity, by way of example but not limited to, in the following areas: cloud or computer hosting, sending commercial communications.
In this regard, SPRIM follows strict criteria for the selection of service providers in order to comply with its data protection obligations and undertakes to enter into a processing assignment agreement, as required by law, whereby it will impose on them, among others, the following obligations: to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data; to process personal data for the agreed purposes and in accordance only with the documented instructions of the data controller; and to delete and return the data to the data controller upon completion of the services.
The User is informed that his/her data will not be subject to international transfers to third countries or international organizations.
7. SPRIM’S profile in social networks
SPRIM is present in several social networks. When interacting with any of its pages on social networks, the processing of data will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policies and access regulations belonging to the corresponding social network and previously accepted by the User.
SPRIM will process your data in order to properly manage its presence in the social network, informing you of activities, products or services, as well as for any other purpose that the regulations of social networks allow.

8. Retention period
SPRIM will store the User’s personal data only for the time necessary to carry out the purposes for which they were collected, as long as the consent granted is not withdrawn. Subsequently, if necessary, SPRIM will keep the information blocked until the legal liabilities that may have arisen as a result of the processing of users’ personal data have expired, at which time the data will be irreversibly erased.
- To create and account and log in into it: the data will be stored as long as the account remains active and will be blocked when the User deletes its account and for the period of limitation of the legal actions derived from managing and creating such account.
- To book a demo: the data will be stored as long as the relationship between the User and SPRIM is on-going and the User tries the demo, and will be blocked for the period of limitation of the legal actions derived from trying the demo
- To comply with SPRIM legal obligations: the data will be stored for the limitation period of the legal actions that may arise from each legal obligation.
- Data provided through the use of the Website: the data will be stored for a period of one year. SPRIM may keep the information in an aggregate form, without identifying users, for a longer period.
9. User's responsability
The User:
- You guarantee that you are over fourteen (14) years of age and that the information you provide to SPRIM is true, accurate, complete and up to date. For these purposes, the User is responsible for the veracity of all the data provided and will keep the information provided conveniently updated, in such a way that it corresponds to his/her real situation.
